 Orchard Day Nursery recognises the importance of listening and working in partnership with parents; enabling us to then focus on and provide a learning experience which is tailored to the informed interests and needs of your child. Part of this partnership is making sure your child’s information is up to date, crucial when maintaining their safety and well-being.

Our nursery software Famly gives parents access to view this information so they can ensure it’s correct.

Famly allows parents direct and secure access to data such as allergies; dietary and medical requirements, as well as contact numbers and address updates.

Famly enables you to review nursery invoices and payments, to see how your account stands in real time and view and print sessions yourself.

Parents are able to log in and view a read-only version of their child’s information and, should they need information updated, they can use the ‘Communicate’ feature to highlight errors, request changes to be made or extra sessions to be added.

We understand that parents lead busy lives and don’t always have the opportunity or time to communicate change. A proactive software solution allows us to protect our parent partnerships and enables us to focus on delivering quality childcare.
